Physical Books
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of “Released For Purpose: Breaking Chains, Unlocking Destiny” in physical format
Return Eligibility:
• Physical books may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date if they arrive damaged, have missing sections, or are defective.
• Books must include all original packaging and materials.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Important: Returns are accepted for quality or fulfillment issues only. We do not accept returns based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the content of the book. We
encourage you to review the book description and any available sample content before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Physical Books:
• Books that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
• Books with markings, highlighting, or writing.
• Books showing signs of wear or use.
• Books returned after 30 days from purchase.
Return Process:
1. Contact us at Contact@ReleasedForPurpose.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping.
3. Ship the book back using a trackable shipping method (customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
4. Once we receive and inspect the book, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Books: If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
E-Books (Digital Products)
No Returns or Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books are final. Ebooks cannot be returned or refunded once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.
By purchasing an e-book, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• You have reviewed the book description and sample content (if available) before purchase.
• Access to the digital file constitutes delivery and acceptance of the product.
Services
No Refunds on Services: All services provided by Urban PM Consulting Inc., including but not limited to:
• Speaking engagements
• Keynote presentations
• Consulting services
• Workshops and training sessions
• Ministry collaborations
• Coaching or advisory services
are non-refundable once services have been rendered or scheduled.
Cancellation Policy:
• If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 14 days in advance.
• Cancellations made with proper notice may be eligible for rescheduling or credit toward future services (at our discretion).
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before a scheduled service are non-refundable.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit all fees paid.
Event Registrations
Registrations for events, conferences, or workshops may have specific cancellation and refund policies that will be communicated at the time of registration. Please review those policies carefully before registering.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this Return Policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any exceptions must be approved in writing.
